Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and maintain vigilance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances/exits and high-risk areas to deter theft and enhance security.
• Greet customers with a warm, confident, and energetic greeting.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Conduce bag and package checks in accordance with safety and security standards.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
