Job summary

SHOE SHOW, INC. is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee lease renewals, expirations, and tenant negotiations from our Concord corporate office.

The role requires commercial real estate experience and strong negotiation and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have tenant-side experience, or landlord-side experience, and will collaborate with the Real Estate and Leasing team to protect the company’s interests and

Qualifications

• 1–2 years commercial real estate, lease administration, or retail leasing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including basic Excel formulas.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate lease renewals for existing retail locations.
• Monitor lease expirations and develop timely renewal and action plans.
• Review co-tenancy provisions and address actual or potential violations.
• Evaluate kickout provisions and negotiate available options.
• Communicate with landlords and property representatives regarding lease terms and compliance matters.
• Maintain accurate records of negotiations, critical dates, and lease-related decisions.
• Partner with the Real Estate and Leasing team and other internal stakeholders to resolve lease issues and protect company interests.
