Job summary

7-Eleven seeks a seasoned Real Estate Lease Portfolio Manager to oversee renewals, extensions, and related transactions for a broad store network. The role directs outsourced negotiators, brokers, and legal counsel, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and profitability targets.

You will analyze market values, coordinate with Operations and Finance, and drive revenue by optimizing store real estate assets. A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in retail/commercial real estate are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or related field.
10+ years of relevant work experience in retail/commercial real estate.
Experience managing lease renewals and complex real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

Manage Store Portfolio for Lease Renewals and Extensions following corporate strategy.
Monitor portfolio assets and reporting.
Direct actions of outsourced reps, training, coaching, and negotiation strategy.
Research appraised value, tax information, and market values to determine fair value.
Negotiate leases and amendments; review contracts with counsel as needed.
Collaborate with internal partners to gain alignment for new or existing programs.
