Qualifications

• One year prior management/supervisory experience required.
• One year retail experience required.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must have a passion for excellent customer service.
• Must be able to operate company computer systems.
• Must be available for various hours, including AM/PM and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop top management and sales talent.
• Create monthly schedules to ensure adequate sales floor coverage.
• Oversee merchandise processing and stockroom organization.
• Execute company promotions and store directives in a timely manner.
• Conduct bi-annual inventories and travel up to 25% as needed.
