You will lead outsourced negotiators, brokers, and developers while coordinating with legal teams to finalize agreements and optimize portfolio performance. The role requires a strong background in real estate contracts, project management, and financial analysis, with 10+ years in retail/commercial real estate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in real estate.
• Experience in retail/commercial real estate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Portfolio for Lease Renewals and Extensions following corporate strategy.
• Negotiate leases and amendments; review documents with counsel as needed.
• Direct outsourced reps, training, negotiation strategy, and market analysis.
• Track assets, transactions, savings, and revenue across stores.
• Collaborate with Landlords, Brokers, and internal teams for renewals and growth.
• Develop revenue through alternative real estate transactions and programs.
