The role partners with HR and store leadership to strengthen customer service, reinforce operating standards, and develop learning paths that help frontline employees grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on training in retail, hospitality or food service or similar customer-facing environment.
• Approachable coaching style that connects with employees at different levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate training materials into practical, actionable steps.
• Experience securing manager support and driving program adoption.
• Excellent organization and ability to balance office tasks with field training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical training for frontline retail and customer service staff.
• Coach teams on engagement, service standards and SOPs.
• Work with store managers to reinforce learning and execution.
• Maintain and refine training materials within the LMS.
• Develop learning paths by role and support advancement.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding alignment with training.
