Qualifications

• 3+ years in merchandising or learning and development program experience.
• Ability to engage merchandising learning audiences in person and virtually.
• Strong planning, calendar management, learner enrollment and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; L&D or PM certs are a plus.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams; Smartsheet and Learning systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate established learning programs, acting as program point-person and SME.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify skills gaps and improve training materials.
• Collaborate across learning programs to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Participate in learning design projects from scoping to implementation.
• Review learning materials with partners to ensure current content and timing.
• Gather feedback on learning impact and business outcomes.
• Create/update training materials to support objectives.
• Facilitate instructor-led sessions with internal and external SMEs and trainers.
