Job summary

Richemont in New York is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to lead NA L&D strategy, deliver omnichannel training, and coach boutique teams. The role requires deep luxury industry experience and collaboration with global HQ to tailor programs for North America.

The position is hybrid and based in New York. The successful candidate will design and implement training across virtual, classroom, and on-floor formats, manage budgets, and drive continuous learning for retail and wholesale

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, Education, or Human Resources) or equivalent luxury retail experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury industry and 5 years in luxury retail training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Execute the yearly Piaget North America Training Roadmap and L&D strategy.
• Collaborate with global L&D to adapt assets for North American market.
• Deliver high-impact virtual, classroom, and on-the-floor training programs.
• Provide on-site coaching and mentorship to Client Advisors and Boutique teams.
• Manage L&D budget and digital learning platforms.
