Paris Baguette is seeking a detail-oriented Training & Development Manager in New Jersey to lead end-to-end learning initiatives across cafes and corporate teams. You will design engaging training materials, coordinate onboarding, and manage corporate compliance programs, ensuring alignment with our brand values and business goals.

You have 3–5 years of experience in retail or restaurant training, strong writing skills, and proficiency with MS Office and LMS tooling.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years in training and development in retail/restaurant operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience creating course materials, job aids, guides, and assessments.
• Strong writing and editing skills required.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with brand alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Build complete training programs with guides, workbooks, and job aids.
• Create training content for cafe and corporate teams aligned with brand standards.
• Develop and manage corporate compliance training including tracking and reporting.
• Support Director with project execution and training rollouts.
• Develop onboarding plans with hiring managers.
• Coordinate in-cafe training for corporate hires.
• Facilitate Day One orientation sessions.
• Produce training videos and learning tools.
• Design evaluation tools to assess training effectiveness.
• Visit cafes to observe operations and gather insights.
• Primary contact for training reporting (LMS, evaluations, metrics).
