Job summary

Burlington Stores in New York City is hiring a Learning Program Specialist to design, deliver and optimize development programs for the merchandising team. You will work with business partners to identify gaps and create engaging learning experiences spanning in-class training, eLearning, guides, and quick reference materials.

Based primarily in the NYC office, you will coordinate with SMEs, manage calendars, recruit instructors, and measure impact to drive talent growth and merchandising

Qualifications

• 3+ years in merchandising or learning and development program design
• Ability to engage merchandising learning audiences in-person and virtually
• Strong planning, calendar management and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; certificates are a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate established learning programs.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify skills gaps and improve training materials.
• Deliver cohesive learning experiences across programs and business areas.
• Lead learning design projects from scoping to implementation.
• Review materials with SMEs to ensure currency and timing.
• Facilitate instructor-led classes with internal and external experts.
