Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help drive guest experience and sales in our Grand Island store.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit teammates, lead daily operations, and contribute to merchandising and training efforts. Successful candidates will mentor teammates, ensure high standards of customer service, and manage responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service environment preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop Teammates.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
