You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and motivate, and to step in as Store Manager when needed. This role blends sales, merchandising, and operations, with responsibilities across customer service, visual standards, scheduling, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: Greet Guests, answer questions, recommend merchandise, create a wardrobing experience, demonstrate product knowledge, maintain awareness of promotions and policies, achieve sales metrics, provide legendary service across Front Five, sales floor, fitting rooms and register area, handle exchanges and returns, use SPG daily, and uphold Buckle standards.
