Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee at The Mall at Millenia, Orlando, FL. The role focuses on building sales, merchandising and operational skills under store leadership.

Trainees work with the Store Manager to develop leadership, recruiting and coaching abilities to prepare for a Store Manager position. Responsibilities include customer service, product knowledge, training teammates, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; retail experience or training considered.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Buckle’s mission to create an enjoyable shopping experience for guests.
• Perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks as directed by store management.
• Develop leadership and selling skills to progress toward Store Manager.
• Assist in recruiting, training and motivating teammates and potentially act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Support store operations, visual merchandising, and customer service excellence.
