Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required; 1–3 months of related retail experience acceptable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with legendary service and drive sales.
• Assist with merchandising, display, and stock management.
• Participate in recruiting and training new teammates.
• Lead by example in customer service and selling skills.
• Support store management in daily operations and policy enforcement.
