Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee in Midland, TX. You will work closely with Store Management to build selling skills, lead teammates, and develop leadership capabilities with a goal of advancing to Store Manager.

You will participate in weekly topics and projects, gain experience in guest service, merchandising, and operations, and contribute to a positive, high-energy store environment in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior retail experience (1–3 months) acceptable as part of education/experience mix.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills; able to recruit and train teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist Store Manager with coaching and interviewing teammates.
• Develop visual merchandising and product displays per Buckle guidelines.
• Handle store operations including opening/closing procedures and daily tasks.
• Lead and participate in training and development of teammates to meet Buckle standards.
