Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee to support store leadership and guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks under the Store Manager's guidance to develop leadership skills and prepare for a Store Manager position.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Manage sales, merchandising and operational tasks as directed by store management.

• Train and motivate Teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Participate in sales generation and guest services to deliver a top-tier shopping experience.
• Assist with leadership development and on-the-job training of teammates.

Formazione
