Buckle in Glendale, United States, is seeking a Management Trainee to support the Store Manager by driving guest service, sales, and merchandising excellence. You will participate in leadership development, recruit and coach teammates, and gain hands-on experience across operations while preparing to assume Store Manager responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field of study preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Relocation may be required.
• No visa sponsorship is available.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs throughout the store and backroom.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Develop skills in sales, merchandising, and leadership to prepare for Store Manager role.
• Assist Store Manager with coaching and counseling Teammates in accordance with Buckle policies.
• Act as the Store Manager in their absence and travel to cover other stores as needed.
