Job summary

Buckle in Traverse City, MI is seeking a Management Trainee to support Store Leadership and develop into Store Manager. You’ll perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, greet guests, and learn to manage a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

The program covers training on customer service, recruiting, coaching, visual displays, and loss prevention. You will work closely with the Store Manager, travel to support other stores within the district as needed, and strive to exceed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent retail experience.
• Experience in retail leadership is helpful.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and guest service to meet Buckle standards.
• Recruit, train, and motivate Teammates to achieve goals.
