Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or 1–3 months of related retail experience and/or training.
• Experience developing sales and leadership skills preferred.
• Willingness to travel or cover other stores as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest service to achieve personal and store goals.
• Recruit, train and develop new teammates and lead store operations.
• Assist Store Manager and act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Maintain store standards and ensure loss prevention practices.
