ALDI Baxter, MN is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to lead daily store operations, train and develop teams, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage scheduling, merchandising, customer service, and store standards as you work alongside associates, with a starting wage of $29.50 per hour and a potential first-year earnings of $95,500–$103,000 including bonus where applicable.

Formación

• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• At least 18 years oldrequired.
• Priorexperience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports to ensure desired results; leads and develops store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans usingcompany providedresources to improve operating results.
• Oversees theappropriate resolutionof employee and customer concerns, aligning with the district manager, as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
