Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to perform duties with or without accommodation.

• Prior retail experience and prior management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel within divisional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to achieve KPI goals.
• Plan and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager guidance.
• Interview candidates and assist district manager with staffing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standards.
