Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to lead operations and develop teams in a fast-paced environment. You will learn to stock, merchandise, provide customer service, and uphold store standards while managing daily store activities.

Starting wage is $29.50 per hour with an estimated first-year earning potential of $77,500 (salary plus bonus where applicable). Travel to multiple locations within the district is required during training.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel to achieve desired results.
• Develops action plans to improve operating results using company resources.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager guidance.
• Interviews candidates and makes recommendations for advancement.
• Ensures compliance with store policies, safety, and cash handling procedures.
