The role is full-time with a starting wage of $31.75 per hour and an estimated first-year earnings range of $97,500 to $113,500 (salary and bonus where applicable). This program trains you to run your own store and supports growth within ALDI's career path.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to achieve targets.
• Manage day-to-day store operations including stocking, merchandising and customer service.
• Plan and supervise weekly schedules to ensure accurate staffing and store performance.
• Identify and resolve issues with employees and customers in collaboration with district management.
