The Buckle, Inc. is hiring for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive guest service and sales while leading a team in a busy retail environment. You will work closely with store management to recruit teammates, train staff and maintain a high standard of visual presentation.

The role emphasizes leadership, product knowledge, and a proactive approach to creating a positive guest experience and achieving store goals, with full-time benefits available after waiting periods.

• Retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and train teammates.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise and assist guests in locating items.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with wardrobe selections.
• Lead by example with showmanship, service and attentiveness.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates and balance store priorities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store to fulfill Buckle’s mission.
