Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandising, and daily operations. You will work closely with store management to recruit and develop Teammates, manage displays, and uphold guest service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Offer includes a pay range of $17.13–$22/hr plus commissions for sales roles, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities within a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership and guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop Teammates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, drive sales, and provide legendary service.
• Recruit and train Teammates; lead by example.
• Own visual merchandising and maintain in-store standards.
• Support store operations with flexible scheduling and loss-prevention practices.
• Foster a positive team culture and leadership among Teammates.
