Job summary

Buckle Abilene is seeking a Management Trainee to join our on-site team. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks and work with the Store Manager to develop leadership skills with the goal of becoming a Store Manager.

You will train in recruiting, coaching Teammates and store operations, while maintaining Buckle standards and delivering an exceptional Guest experience. The program requires flexibility for mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service guests to create a memorable experience.
• Assist with merchandising, display and store operations.
• Train Teammates and support Store Manager.
• Lead in Manager's absence and ensure Buckle standards.

Education

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field
