Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee in Texas to develop leadership and sales skills while performing sales, merchandising, and daily store operations. You will work with the Store Manager to learn recruiting, leadership, and customer service at a high standard, with opportunities to progress to Store Manager in the future.

The role emphasizes training Teammates, managing displays, and ensuring the guest experience aligns with Buckle’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or related retail experience and/or training.
• No visa sponsorship is available.
• Develop leadership and sales skills to advance to Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Lead Teammates and train them to Buckle standards.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence and coordinate with management.
