Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is looking for a capable Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager at our Scottsdale, AZ location. You will partner with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit and develop Teammates, and step in as Store Manager when needed.

Key duties include sales generation, guest service, coaching Teammates, and managing visual merchandising and store operations. This role progresses from AIT to an Assistant Manager with expanded responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop Teammates and work with management.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
