Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee in Scottsdale to support the store team and learn every aspect of running a Buckle location.

You will work with Store Management to develop sales, recruiting, and leadership skills, with the goal of becoming a Store Manager and mentoring teammates. Expect a hands-on program covering customer service, merchandising, loss prevention, and daily store operations while maintaining Buckle’s mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; one to three months of retail experience is acceptable.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to communicate effectively.
• Willingness to learn leadership and management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist store management in developing sales, recruiting, and leadership skills.
• Lead teammates, train new hires, and maintain Buckle’s selling standards.
• Support store operations including merchandising, displays, and loss prevention.
• Uphold Buckle policies, conduct, and create a positive, world-class shopping experience.
