Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to lead sales and guest service while developing Teammates. You will collaborate with Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive performance, recruit Talent and maintain store standards.

Primary duties include coaching teammates, merchandising, operations, and executing Buckle’s customer-first policies in a fast-paced retail environment.
