Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Las Vegas seeks an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support store leadership, drive sales, recruit teammates, and train staff. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales and provide leadership across the operation.

The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager, with additional high-level duties in leadership, coaching, and store performance. You will help train and motivate teammates and maintain Buckle standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience supervising, coaching and training teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist store leadership in development of sales and guest experience.
• Recruit and train Teammates; lead by example in performance and appearance.
