Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will support store management, assist with sales and merchandising, and take on leadership duties in the Manager's absence.

You will train Teammates, recruit when needed, and lead by example in customer service, product knowledge, and store presentation. This role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with additional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations and guest service.
• Coach and mentor Teammates, especially in the absence of the Store Manager.
