Job summary

Buckle is hiring for Store Leadership roles in a full-time capacity in Washington. The position combines sales, merchandising, and store operations under the Store Manager and Leadership Team, with opportunities to recruit new teammates and drive sales.

Pay range starts at $21.65 per hour and goes up to $24 per hour, with base pay plus commission on sales. Final offers depend on skill, experience, location, and qualifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store following Buckle standards.
