Job summary

Buckle in Spokane Valley is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to drive guest satisfaction through sales, merchandising and daily store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership.

The role blends hands-on selling with training duties, including cashiering, display, and maintaining store standards. The position is on-site, full-time, with a pay range of 17.13 to 22 USD per hour and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training.
• The Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks.
• Pay range: $17.13-$22/hr; final offers based on skill set, experience, location, qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and is consistently prepared to provide legendary service to each Guest
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires
• Lead by example with a high level of showmanship, excellent customer service and attentiveness

Education
