Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and deliver legendary service to each Guest.
• Assist with merchandise display, cashiering, and store operations.
• Recruit, train and motivate Teammates; act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Develop leadership skills and prepare to become Store Manager.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and uphold store policies.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to support sales goals and guest satisfaction.
