Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandising and store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit and develop Teammates, execute sales initiatives and maintain a leading guest experience across the sales floor, fitting rooms and register area.

The role emphasizes coaching, showing up with high energy, and balancing daily responsibilities with customer-centric priorities across the Buckle brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with friendly service and provide legendary customer care.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise; recommend items based on Guest needs.
