Job summary

Buckle in Houston is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandising, and daily operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit and develop Teammates, deliver legendary guest service, and uphold Buckle’s standards across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and registers.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to coach others while maintaining a high level of showmanship and guest

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred for LIT and Floor Leader roles.
• Proven ability to lead and train Teammates.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

• Assist Guests with questions and locate merchandise.
