Buckle is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training (AIT) at our Kokomo location to contribute to a best-in-class shopping experience. You will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates, and provide leadership in the absence of the Store Manager.

The role includes training Teammates, coaching in sales and product knowledge, and managing daily merchandising and store operations to achieve Buckle’s goals.
