Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training (AIT) to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will help recruit and develop Teammates, lead sales and merchandising efforts, and step in as Store Manager when needed.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and leadership with a focus on coaching others and maintaining store standards across operations and visual presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising the team and daily operations.
• Provide legendary guest service and lead by example in sales presentations and merchandising.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and developing Teammates; cover shifts as needed.
• Maintain store standards in visual merchandising and operations; ensure cleanliness and policy adherence.
