Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to drive guest experience and store performance. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and develop Teammates while leading sales and merchandising initiatives.

The role emphasizes leadership growth, coaching, and accountability across all store duties, with the ability to step in for the Store Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience helpful; ability to train and coach Teammates.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with legendary service and answer questions about store merchandise.
• Lead, train and motivate Teammates; assist in recruiting new Teammates.
• Manage store operations including scheduling, training, and daily tasks.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, loss prevention and visual standards.
