Job summary

Wal-Mart Stores Texas, LLC in Royse City, TX is seeking a results-driven leader who will recruit, develop and supervise associates to meet staffing needs and grow our business. You’ll coordinate job-related activities, build relationships with stakeholders and promote a culture of belonging and integrity.

Responsibilities include guiding teams, applying Walmart’s Open Door Policy, and driving continuous improvement while delivering on customer expectations and EDLP principles.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college
• OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
• OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, firearms CBC and training may be required.
• Certificate of Eligibility may be required for ammunition positions.
• Associates must complete required trainings (Academy, Open Door, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop qualified associates to meet staffing needs and growth.
• Coordinate job-related activities by building relationships with stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of belonging and integrity in the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with policies and support Walmart's mission and ethics.
• Provide guidance and accountability to teams and measure progress.
• Lead continuous improvement and adapt to change.
