Job summary

Walmart in Boerne, TX is hiring to supervise and develop hourly associates. You will hire, train, mentor, assign duties, recognize performance and promote belonging while leading teams across store operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities, communicating goals, improving processes, and maintaining exemplary customer service. Eligible candidates will participate in company-wide Open Door policy with a strong focus on integrity and results.

Qualifications

• Two years of college OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognizing performance, and promoting belonging.
• Coordinates job activities by building relationships with stakeholders and supporting plans to meet customer and business needs.
• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening, and communicating store operations and company direction.
• Drives customer service standards and resolves customer issues with the OBW service model.
