Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 2+ years’ experience in retail preferred.
• Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability.
• Assist Store Manager with communicating operational goals.
• Monitor and evaluate individual performance in sales volume.
• Manage store’s staff under Store Manager guidance.
• Ensure compliance of floor set guides and promotions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation according to standards.
• Communicate customer merchandise needs effectively.
• Complete markdowns and transfers as needed.
• Ensure store cleanliness standards are met.
