Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager.
• Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Communicate store's operational goals to maximize team contributions.
• Complete schedules and operational tasks.
• Ensure payroll budget is met while maintaining customer expectations.
• Partner with HR on associate relations issues.
