Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 2+ years' experience in retail preferred.
• Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods during their shift.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding store goals.
• Assist in communicating operational goals to maximize team contributions.
• Monitor individual performance in sales and loss prevention.
• Manage the store’s staff as necessary.
• Ensure compliance of floor set guides and promotions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Communicate customer merchandise needs.
• Ensure markdown and transfers are completed timely.
• Maintain store cleanliness standards.
