Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical skills and ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact across management levels.
• Experience supervising a team and handling shifts, scheduling, and staff development.
• Must be 16 years of age or older, with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at assigned locations and supervise Team Members and leads.
• Maintain positive, enthusiastic working environment and ensure guest first service.
• Coordinate with managerial staff to ensure proper staffing and scheduling.
• Implement park policies and procedures and monitor compliance.
• Train staff on register procedures and POS usage and ensure security in transactions.
• Track inventory transfers and losses where applicable.
• Ensure adherence to budgeted guidelines and drive revenue in the retail area.
