Six Flags White Water in Georgia is seeking a Lead or Supervisor for the Retail Leadership Team. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and maintain a positive, energetic workplace, serving as a communication bridge between front-line staff and management.

The role emphasizes staffing, training, discipline, POS procedures, and guest service while ensuring cost controls. Night and weekend shifts may be required, with opportunities for advancement within a premier seasonal

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of park experience; retail background is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of management.
• Ability to handle registered transactions.
• Previous supervising experience.
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Members and/or leads and maintain an enthusiastic work environment.
• Ensure proper staffing levels through scheduling and follow-up with supervisors and full-time staff.
• Carry out disciplinary measures to ensure park policies are followed.
• Ensure staff trained on register procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention on POS and theft-related issues.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to maximize revenues within budget.
