Six Flags White Water, Alpharetta, GA, seeks a Lead/Supervisor to oversee park cleanliness, supervise Team Members, and ensure safe, clean environments for guests. You will coach staff, coordinate trash and recycling, and maintain facilities across the park, including streets and attractions.

Must be reliable, 16+, able to work various shifts including nights and weekends. Earn $12.50 per hour with opportunities for growth and career development.

Qualifications

• Ability to complete tasks with little supervision and work independently.
• Be able to communicate effectively in English, including reading, speaking, and understanding.
• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Reliable transportation that supports an early morning shift start and/or late evening shift end.
• Must possess a friendly and positive attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions while on foot for long periods of time.
• Exhibit demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Will be required to work various shifts as park needs dictate, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the overall cleanliness in all areas of the park.
• Provide supervision, training, coaching, and motivation of Team Members.
• Oversee activities of all Team Members within the Park Services department.
• Ensure trash is transported to compactor areas and recycling rules are followed; areas stocked and cleaned.
• Create a positive work environment through motivation and interaction with Team Members.
• Lead teams sweeping park streets, walkways, and attraction areas.
• Train new Team Members in all department aspects and positions.
• Identify Team Members needing additional training and develop them.
• Oversee general maintenance of equipment and park property.
• Ensure trash cans and recycling containers are changed as needed.
• Ensure team members receive required breaks.
• Take pride in cleanliness and safety of assigned area.
• Enforce all Six Flags policies.
• Perform other duties as needed.
