Job summary

Six Flags White Water is seeking a Retail Leadership Team member to oversee operations and personnel at assigned locations in Georgia. The role includes supervising Team Members and leads, maintaining a positive environment, and coordinating between frontline staff and Full-time management.

Responsibilities include training seasonal staff, ensuring proper staffing, enforcing park policies, and managing inventory and POS compliance to maximize guest satisfaction and revenues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with all management levels.
• Experience supervising a team and maintaining staffing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at assigned locations.

• Coordinate with Full-time management and supervisory staff to ensure park policies are followed.
• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and training of seasonal staff.
• Ensure POS procedures and customer service standards are followed.
