Six Flags White Water in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a guest services associate to warmly welcome guests at the park entrance. You will sell, scan, and validate tickets and season passes at turnstiles, assist with season passes, and handle guest questions with a focus on safety and satisfaction.

The role involves indoor/outdoor work, collaborating with team members, leads, and supervisors. Pay ranges from $10.50 to $13.50 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and additional employee perks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be a reliable, upbeat team member with good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets, season passes, and season parking to Guests entering the park.
• Accurately scanning tickets and season passes to allow Guests through the entry gate.
• Process season passes and assist with Membership ID Cards.
• Friendly guest interaction and resolving simple concerns.
• Maintain Six Flags’ Guest First Standards.
• Respond to emergencies and assist area supervisor as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
